Stephanie Langston

You could say real estate is in my blood. I grew up watching my father, custom home builder Anthony Clatterbuck of Graystone Homes, making real estate deals and interacting with both Buyers and Sellers. He taught me the value of honesty, integrity, and hard work - principles I live and work by.

Licensed in 2006, I went to work for my mentor, Lynn Stone, as a licensed assistant. In 2007, I became a full fledged agent and then in 2011 I became the broker of Graystone. My working knowledge of the latest technological advances and background in marketing and graphic design allow me to offer my clients an edge in today's marketplace. I recently used that knowledge to obtain the e-PRO designation (which basically means I'm a certified Realtor techno-geek.)

As a native of the area, I can offer an insider's knowledge of the area and businesses, as well as familiarity with the local building and real estate industries.

My current position as a Realtor for Graystone Realty allows me to work with things I am passionate about: land, homes, and helping people realize their dreams!
